The Toronto Transit Commission introduced its third annual Customer Charter today at Bloor-Yonge subway station, which includes how they will be improving customer service using feedback from TTC passengers.

The Charter can be downloaded from the official TTC website, and customers are invited to continue providing more suggestions to help better their commuting experience.
